.وبحسب ما توضحه وزارة التجارة والصناعة الكويتية، فإن الأصل هو حق المستهلك في استبدال واسترجاع السلعة خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الشراء المثبت في الفاتورة، مع مراعاة الاستثناءات والضوابط القانونية

: شروط الاسترجاع والاستبدال

Warranty Policy
